Season Ends Again In Elite 8, For The 2nd Straight Year »

The Badgers season ends for the second straight year with a loss in the second round. After a first round upset, Prescott traveled back to Tucson Friday night to take on the Dorados. Canyon del Oro only had a 10 point lead at halftime, but pulled away on the first possession of the second half to give them a runaway shutout, 34-0.

Prescott Badgers qualified for the State playoffs and wrapped up the region title for a second straight year Friday night . After a tough season-opening schedule and a pair of heart-breaking losses, the Badgers have now won three straight after a 17-13 non-region win over Cactus Shadows Friday night at Bill Shepard Field. For the third straight year Prescott defeated a state champion from the year before.
